Kai Henry began his career as an assistant director in TV and Film and quickly moved up the ranks to directing and producing music videos for some of the most popular music artists of the early 2000's. Transitioning in 2004 to music management, Kai became a key talent manager at The Firm management company, working with artists Snoop Dogg, R.Kelly, Ice Cube, Korn, The Backstreet Boys, Chris Cornell and Quincy Jones. After leaving The Firm in 2008, Kai founded SkeeTV, one of the first youtube platforms. There he leveraged his music industry relationships to create co-branded original content for brands and integrated music marketing initiatives for the launch of Beats By Dre and Google Android.

After his exit from SkeeTV in 2011 he spent the last 7 years as co-founder and creative director at Sneakers & Bowties, a highly successful boutique venture capital firm specializing in developing lifestyle brands and music marketing strategy. S+B currently owns and operates significant equity positions in several prominent fashion, consumer electronics, cannabis and music lifestyle brands, including WE ARE MASSIV., En Noir, My Sentiments Exactly, Duckie Power, Haus of Jr., SOL REPUBLIC, Third and Verse, High Fashion Goods and ChainGang. Kai has most recently joined the cannabis lifestyle agency and platform Merry Jane as a Creative Strategist.

Matt Greene has spent his entire career in the marketing, advertising and AdTech industry. His fascination with technology began in 1987 while working with his client Steve Jobs in developing the launch strategies for NeXT Computers. Starting in 1998, Matt pioneered online advertising and supporting technologies for the digital ad agency he founded, Blue Ribbon Digital, where his team drove innovation across all aspects of digital media - from Search to Mobile and Video, his agency measurably generated over $2BB in revenues for their Fortune 100 clients. In this capacity, Matt has spoken at leading conferences such as AdTech, iMedia Summits and the Googleplex in Mountain View, CA. Starting in 2015, Matt re-focused his energies on the burgeoning cannabis industry knowing that the need for innovation in technologies to support the industry would be mandatory. With his his new company, Edible Sciences, he and his team on concentrating their energies in solving the #1 problem facing the edibles sector: Dosing Accuracy. He will be speaking at Binghampton University's TIER Talks in SEPT '17 on technology innovations occurring in the cannabis ancillary space.
