Paul Rosen is a noted career entrepreneur, management consultant and public speaker. Over the last 6 years, he has become on of the most active entrepreneurs and investors in the emerging global cannabis industry.

Paul is a co-founder and CEO of Pantry, a recent cannabis focused start-up in the functional food market. Paul Rosen was a co-founder of PharmaCan Capital Corp. and served as President and CEO for three and a half years. PharmaCan Capital announced a corporate rebranding to The Cronos Group (NSADAQ: CRON; TSX: CRON). Paul was the founder of Tidal Royalty Corporation (RLTY. U.CN), a publicly traded royalty financing business, and served as the company's Chairman and CEO. Paul sits on the Board, and chairs the Audit Committee, of iAnthus Capital Holdings (IAN.CN), and has advised several companies across multiple industries. He is the Managing Director of BreakWater Venture Capital and has investing in over 150 cannabis companies.

His fascination with technology began in 1987 while working with his client Steve Jobs in developing the launch strategies for NeXT Computers. Starting in 1998, Matt pioneered online advertising and supporting technologies for the digital ad agency he founded, Blue Ribbon Digital, where his team drove innovation across all aspects of digital media - from Search to Mobile and Video, his agency measurably generated over $2BB in revenues for their Fortune 100 clients.
